Hi:
I am actually using multiple levels per user to deliver courses, where each course is a separate membership level. In each membership level, I have a welcome page. I have also followed the instruction in your “How to Use Multiple Membership Levels Per User” documentation to tick the feature “Enable Secondary Membership”, and in the Main Settings of Emember where we have to give a page for after login redirection, I have created a spacial page with the shortcode [wp_eMember_my_membership_levels show_welcome_page=1] and put that there.
But still after login, the member is taken to the welcome page of his default membership level instead of to this new page with the shortcode. What am I doing wrong?
Did you also configure the membership level specific redirections?
Yes, I have ticked the “Enable After login Redirection” checkbox, and then in General settings Pages I have given the login page as the new one with the shortcode. In the membership levels I have given the welcome pages of each membership level.
But as your instructions say, it seems to first look into the primary membership welcome page instead of going to the general after login page.
