Refund for WP Photo Seller plugin

Hi,

I asked to be refunded for the WP Photo Seller plugin (since it can’t do what I needed). This was more than a week ago. I did this by reply email to support@tipsandtricks-hq.com. However, I have not received my money back so far.

I have not found any reference to refund for the plugin in the forum. They all refer to refunds with the plugin.

Please let me know whether you received my request and when I can expect my money back.
