I used the short code [wp_eMember_registration_form:end] to set up a free membership level. After registration, there is a page stating they are registered and can login. When login is clicked, no page or URL is found. Is there a way to direct that login to my login page? I have a login page that works. The member is registered and can login on the login page, but not directly after registering. Help?
What URL you entered in the “Login Page URL” field (in the pages/forms settings tab)?
I am having the same issue. When someone registers successfully, they are asked to click the login link. When they click it, the page just refreshes. This just started happening after the latest build. Everything worked before the update
Do you have the automatic redirection after registration option enabled? What value do you have in the “Login Page URL” field?
Yes the automatic redirection is enabled. It redirects to /login page which has only login shortcode on the page
You say that it "It redirects to /login page which has only login shortcode on the page"
. I thought the redirection wasn’t working at all? Can you post a link to your registration page so I can signup for a test account and see the behavior myself?
I just realized that you also sent me site access so jumped on your site and I found that there is no URL in the following settings field?
After Registration Page (Optional)
If you don’t tell the plugin where to redirect to after a registration then it can’t really redirect. Please specify the URL of the page where you want the plugin to redirect the member after they complete the registration.
Ok, thank you. I havent changed anything so maybe that field was added after I updated to the latest plugin. Appreciate you looking into this for me. Support has been really fantastic.
