Red x over thumbnails for products ecart

I’m getting the red x over the photo box. All urls have been checked and are correct. Photos appear in the a box when clicked. Any ideas as to what is going on. I have used the new updated version as well.

Please post a link to the page where you are having the issue? Did you try copying the URL into the browser to see if it works?

Try unchecking the “Enable Smart Thumbnail Option” option from the eStore settings menu.
