Hi there,
I really like the idea of this receipt creator and I have a cart where I use all manual transaction because the items are quite high priced. so I’d like to have a pdf invoice sent to the client, but when I do this via manual checkout it doesn’t create a receipt and it also doesn’t work with the shortcode in the email from the manual checkout.
can you please advise if I’m missing something here?

October 16, 2012 at 2:40 am #50373adminKeymasterYou can never get the money at the time of transaction with the manual/offline checkout mode. So the manual checkout didn’t have this receipt creator option because a receipt is usually created *after* your receive the payment.
Anyway, enabling this shouldn’t be a big issue so I will add this option to the plugin.
Update: This has been added to the plugin now.

I have downloaded the new receipt creator plugin, deleted my old one, uploaded this one, deactivated and reactivated but it’s still not working, it just doesn’t issue a receipt. Do I need to change something in the estore code to make the manual transaction show up as processed?

Please see the “eStore settings -> Payment Gateway settings -> Manual Checkout Settings” section for that field. The receive URL will be inserted where you place the
{receipt_data}

November 13, 2012 at 5:22 am #50377adminKeymasterHmmm.. I just did a test myself to check it and it worked fine for me. You are looking at the “Manual Chekcout Buyer Email” correct? I don’t think the manual checkout seller email was filtering the receipt URL (I will fix this in the plugin).
What version of the eStore plugin were you using? Please look at the version number (you can find this in the plugins menu of your WordPress dashboard) and tell me what that number is. Do the same for the receipt creator addon.
