Hi,
I have a customer who subscribed to a monthly subscription with the first 2 months free.
When payment was made two months after an invoice with the plugin “eStore-Receipt-Creator” has been generated with the amount, but no details of the payment doesn’t appear (transaction ID, Receipt ID etc…), except the first one when my customer subscribed for the first time.
And, in the plugin order management, there isn’t an order !
Do you have an idea ?

Recurring payments are not recorded by the plugin by default.
You can enable it from the settings.
eStore Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Capture Recurring Payment Sales Data
The receipt creator addon doesn’t do anything with subsequent payment at the moment. It only sends a receipt for the main product.

I had already activated.
I looked into the database and all the informations are properly recorded.
However the PDF display, missing information such as the customer name.
Yesterday he missed the invoice number.
Today is ok but it still lacks the name and surname … And the total bill disappeared compared to yesterday … But it is indicated in the database.
Do you think it’s related to the script or database?
It’s really strange … Maybe a cache at the server …
The important thing is that everything is well recorded in the database

Are you referring to a receipt that was created for a normal product or a subscription product?
Is the receipt for the 1st payment of the subscription?
Share a link to a receipt in question so I can see it.
