Receipt Creator Addon – No Amount

Hi,

I just found your receipt creator – thank you so much for this. But I have a problem and a question.

The problem: In the receipt there is no amount:

What can I do to get the amount?

The question: The receipts are in English. How can I get them into German? What file do a have to modify?

I’ll have a look at the code regarding the missing total and get back to you.

Re: the translation into German – currently we do not have a language file for this plugin.

You can edit the create-receipt-pdf.php and change the various strings there such as “Payment Details”, Date of Purchase” etc.

i’m not sure if i understand right.

Are the files in tcpdfconfiglang just dummies?

If i find one for my lang there, would i still need to manually translate create-receipt-pdf.php ?

Yes to do the translation at this stage you would have to modify only the “create-receipt-pdf.php” file.

I have the same problem as cascadea, I can’t see the amount of the total on the PDF (only “Total: € “). I translated the “Receipt Creator Addon” to German, too.

I´m using the Version 1.1 of the receipt creator addon.

I´m sorry but I have other problem.

I tried to buy with paypal and I can´t see the transaction ID, the buyer name and address, is it normal? because for example the Transaction ID is showed in the menu “Issued Receipts” of the plugin.

Okay you gotta upgrade to the latest version of that addon. We only troubleshoot issues on the latest version of any of our plugins or addons. Please upgrade that addon then do a test transaction.
