Payment gateway – Authorize.net
After customer fills out payment information and submits it, the payment is processed properly and they are directed to [https://secure2.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll], which just shows a “without CSS” version of my home page, no receipt is displayed for the customer either.
Not too sure whats going on, it was working fine up until this morning.
The issue described was fixed, a new transaction key was needed and the page wasnt loading scripts.
But customers still arent getting a “pdf receipt” as expected from the Receipt Creator.
Is everything else working like the product sale notification is going to the customer?
What email merge tag have you entered to put the receipt in the notification email?
Please enable the debug option in the plugin then do a test transaction. Share the URL of the product page so I can investigate the log file to get an idea of what is going on.
