    HI,

    I recently bought some of your products.

    How can I receive a receipt for it ?

    I haven’t received any transaction number, just an email with download links.

    I need a receipt with my company data. (My accountant is asking me for it.)

    How did you pay for it? The PayPal, etc., email should be sufficient.

    I payed with Visa Card. No email is not sufficient.

    Let me rephrase the question… Did you use the Visa with PayPal? If yes, did PayPal send you a transaction receipt?

    I’m not sure, I used VISA which is not connected with PayPal account, although I believe it was some information on the page that transaction is going through PayPal system.

    Anyway I haven’t received confirmation from PayPal.

    We’ll have to wait about 6 hours for either Amin or Ivy to resolve this. If the payment was processed by PayPal, you should have gotten an email transaction receipt from PayPal, in addition to the links email. Maybe it’s in your spam folder…

    As soon as you make a payment for any products from our site PayPal will send you a receipt that contains a transaction ID. PayPal never misses to do this but it is possible that the receipt went to your spam folder. PayPal sends us a copy of the receipt too. I forwarded you a copy of that receipt.

    Is there a chance to get a receipt for a name of a company ?

    I payed from my private account, and I’d like to get an receipt on a company name

    please let me know if this is possible

    Are you in the US? The tax code in the US says that as long as you can show the software was not for personal use, the receipt should be okay the way it is. BTW, if you have a verified business PayPal account, then by definition (under US tax codes), all transactions should be presumed to be for business purposes.

    Unfortuntely i’m not in us, i’m in europe – Poland, and here it doesn’t work like this :(
