Recaptcha Image Not appearing on registration page

In the affiliate registration process the image for the recaptcha form is not appearing and the registration will not complete. I checked the recaptcha keys and they seem to be correct. Updated them both.

I tried to add the affiliate manually inside of wordpress but could not get it to work that way either.

If the reCAPTCHA keys are not wrong then you most likely have another plugin which is conflicting with he reCAPCHA library. This test should help you identify the source:

I went to your standalone affiliate area (see the following link) and was able to signup for an affiliate account fine:
