From my developer: We have a use case where we need to be able to adjust the subscription amounts based on on information captured in the form, as we want to have different subscription rates based on the purchaser’s location. Is this possible with your plugin, or through an add-on. If not, are there any developer hooks where we could implement this functionality ourselves?

You are asking a variation of the same question, as you did in your other support thread.
The only possible way to “adjust” the price of a subscription; is through the use of coupons, which discount the highest possible price. Because you claim to have the services of a developer; perhaps he can modify the WP eStore Subscription Coupon/Discount Addon to suit your needs.
