I have added a product specific autoresponder with Aweber. When I test this, the “purchaser” is automatically added to the autoresponder. This is great, except for the fact that the “purchaser” does not receive any follow-up emails that have been added to the autoresponder.
Am I missing something, or is this supposed to happen? I really did want the customer to receive the follow up email.

Remember, all eStore does is the initial signup to the list. Now what happens from here is totally controlled by AWeber.
I am pretty sure the customer will have to confirm the signup (double opt-in) before AWeber starts the sequence. So test it out yourself to make sure that the sequence starts after the double-opt in.
Hmmmm…think I was already on the client’s newsletter list. Perhaps that’s why I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I’ll have to check into that. Thx.
