When I hover over my thumbnail it displays the same text as when the image opens in the Lightbox. What if I want to display something different such as “Click Here to Learn More”?
Which shortcode are you using?
Please also post a link to the page.
This is my shortcode:
[wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_image link=”http://ccmtctalent.com/wp-content/themes/dynamik/css/images/aliciamartinlrg.png” description=”the long text goes here” source=”http://ccmtctalent.com/wp-content/themes/dynamik/css/images/aliciamartinsml.png” title=”test title”]
Link to site:
The plugin uses the description as the “title” attribute of the link so on mouse over it shows the description.
You can display any text that you want in that field. If you do not wish to display anything then simply make it empty. Just replace the text within the “” quotes of description
with your text and that should do it.
For example, in your case it will look like the following if you do not use the description:
[wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_image link=”http://ccmtctalent.com/wp-content/themes/dynamik/css/images/aliciamartinlrg.png” description=”” source=”http://ccmtctalent.com/wp-content/themes/dynamik/css/images/aliciamartinsml.png” title=”Some title… you can change this text”]
OK, that makes sense. I was just hoping I could have the description text be different when you hovered over the small thumbnail, but I guess that isn’t possible.
