Questions about preparing the Drip-Content for Membership Levels

Hi,

While using eMember, let say:

1) Customer “A” is registered to Level-1 29 Days ago, and we generate a new Level-2 in the 29th day of his/her membership, which is set-up to auto-upgrade from Level-1 after 30 days. Will the customer “A” get the content of Level-2 after 1 day? Or will that be effective for the newly registered customers?

2) Customer “A” is registered to Level-1, and in two months he/she is now in Level-3 (one level for each month). If we make changes in the content of Level-1-2 or 3, can Customer “A” access them immediately? Or will that be effective again for the newly registered customers?
