Questionnaire just before paying out

Hello,

I’m a content marketer. Then I want to write articles custom made. For that I need a questionnaire just before paying out, for instance asking for: web name, your idea, what would you like to focus on? etc.

Can anybody suggest a way to do that? Does wp-eStore have something? Any wordpress plugin you know?

“Paying out?” Are you referring to the Affiliate Platform or eStore? What do you mean by “Paying Out???”

Looks like you are using WP eStore plugin. So maybe you want to ask a couple of questions to collect some information from the customer before they make the payment. The following addon is potential solution:

Sorry for my English. I wanted to say “check out” (not “pay out”).

I think your suggestion will be perfect. I only need two or three boxes. This is in order to clarify the order since the payment will be anticipated
