Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP Lightbox Ultimate › Lightbox Ultimate – Question Mark In Video Popup Screen and Video Won't Play
Our videos are larger than WordPress allows, so we are uploading videos via FTP and then linking the Lightbox code to its location. When testing the video image, we receive an error. The QuickTime “Q” shows up with a question mark over the top of it. What does this error mean?
Here are the shortcodes (I tried two of them):

I forgot to provide the URL for the webpage that we are testing the video issue with.

Hi, I think it’s happening because you don’t have the QuickTime plugin installed.
We don’t recommend anyone to use lightbox special shortcodes. They have been deprecated for a long time. We have other robust shortcodes to play MP4 videos. Please try using one of them (MP4 Video Display section) –
