Question about handling the new VAT laws

Okay…with the new VAT rules, internet sales to Europe just got astronomically more complicated and unless you (or someone else?) has a magical solution, I think we’re going to have to block orders from certain countries. Is there a way to do this in estore? I’d love it if someone has any advice on this.

I cannot find the Country Block addon in my plug in options in my Add New plug area. I’ve searched several combinations, starting with copying and pasting the exact name from the article that is linked above. Is this addon still available?
