Tagged: quantity limit, squeeze form
Hello,
i use the squeeze form with a product that is using the license key option. So i give away codes through the squeeze form.
Now there are two problems.
The option “Quantity Limit Per Customer” is not working since i get emails of squeeze form submissions that list the same customer email with two different codes. So it gives out more codes to the same customer. We set this to 1 code per customer.
Also in the customer view we can see the customers that submitted a squeeze form however we do not see the “Serial Number Data” where the code we give away should be.
Is there a way to fix this or have i done something wrong?
Kind Regards,
Dennis
The squeeze form is for giving something for free. It can’t impose any limit.
You should think about using the manual/offline checkout option to serve these items. I think that will give you a better result in terms of what you are trying to do.
