MemberIs there any way to purge expired members or to make separate lists (including email addresses) of subscribed and expired members? I had originally had the emember set to retain expired members to make resubscription easier for them, but I’m finding this is making emailing just subscribed members impossible as I can’t find a way to separate expired and subscribed members?
Thank you.

MemberHi,
You should be able to do bulk deletion and additions using PHPMyAdmin.
See the video in the following link for more:

KeymasterYou can also sort your members from the “Manage Members” menu by clicking the arrow next to the “Account State” then select the members and use the bulk delete option to delete them in bulk.

MemberThank you both. I’m especially interested in the second option mentioned, but I don’t have any arrow next to my account state heading on the manage members page, only on the first five options (User Name etc). Any ideas on how to fix that?

MemberI tried updating a couple of months ago, and the update broke my installation so that none of my members could log in, and I have to revert to a previous build… has it been updated more recently than that?

KeymasterYep, it has been updated a few times since then. You can always keep a backup copy of your existing version so you can go back if you wanted to anyway.

MemberSo, I updated and while members can still log in, now the profile page won’t update (gives an error saying the page is incorrectly configured) with any changes, nor does the redirection after login work correctly, even though I’ve check all the settings. Any ideas?

KeymasterThat indicates that there are other conflicts on your webpage. Please create a temporary test member account and share the details with a link to your login page so I can investigate your edit profile page.
