Purchased Active Campaign Addon – works for e-store, not e-member

I purchased the Active Campaign addon and have it installed on e-store, works fine. Why doesn’t this appear in the e-member area.

Please don’t tell me I have to buy this plugin again????

Because it is an eStore addon. The purpose of the addon is to add eStore purchasers to campaigns, whenever they make a purchase.

If memberships on eMember are processed through eStore, new purchases of memberships, that are represented as eStore products, should process through the addon.

ok, I can see where you’re coming from, to confirm..

so if the person buys a membership outside of e-store or I create them manually and I want them added to my Active Campaign list, then I have to buy another addon right?

But typically with e-store and e-member, person buys the membership from the e-store and e-store talks to e-member to grant access, create the recurring billing and adds the person to my Active Campaign list.

Correct… eMember has “built-in” eStore integration.

When a person “joins” your site; they are really clicking on an eStore button.
