I recently purchased eMember, and have successfully installed it, but I’m having problems with the ‘Directory of Members’ page that I created. I’ve created a couple of dummy members, and they – together with my Administrator account – are logging-in just fine when I use them, and bringing up the relevant ‘Profile Edit’ pages when I click on that page link; but no matter what I type into those edit pages (which have the [wp_eMember_profile_edit_form:end] shortcode) the Public User List ([wp_eMember_public_user_list:end]) still doggedly refuses to reflect this… the ‘lightbox’ profile page that appears if I click on a username in that list continues to have a blank where the photo should be (even though the photos are uploading and appearing perfectly OK on the pages using the [wp_eMember_profile_edit_form:end] shortcode), followed by the Username, and then the standard list of variables (First name; Last name; Email; Company; Street; City; State; Zipcode; Country). In the WP eMembers Dashboard, under Settings, I have specified full WordPress User Integration; and under the Pages/Forms Settings, for the Registration Form Fields I have just checked TITLE, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME & GENDER, with only First name and Last name being ‘Required’, while for the Edit Profile Form Fields I have checked TITLE, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL, GENDER & ENABLE PROFILE THUMBNAIL IMAGE, with none marked as ‘Required’. Additionally, under Custom Field Settings I have declared 3 extra fields – COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, ABOUT ME & SPONSOR: these, it says, are automatically added to the Registration and Profile Edit pages. So, why are the entries I’m making on the profile edit form not being reflected on the list displayed using the Public User List shortcode – and why is this not even matching the list of fields that I’ve selected on the Dashboard? I have already tried searching the Forum and the only relevant entries I could find were references to caching – well, I did try the W3 plugin and everything went haywire, so I removed it again. I therefore have no caching plugin operational at the moment – thus, it’s unlikely to be a caching issue. I’m completely at a loss to know where to go from here. Can you help, please?
