Provisioning Multisites with Wp eStore

I’m looking to somehow integrate WP eStore with the WP plugin, WHMCS Multi-Site Provisioning, [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/remote-provisioning/]

As the plugin describes and note it’s not exclusive to WHMCS…

This plugin allows provisioning of blogs on a WordPress multi-site installation from external packages and billing systems. It adds an API to WordPress that allows the external system to call WordPress to create, suspend, unsuspend and terminate blogs on a WordPress multi-site installation.

Would this be something that you think WP eStore or WP eMember could handle for provisioning WP multisites?

Technically: So long as you are not expecting the provisioned sites to access any eStore or eMember database, other than their own; you should be okay. This post should also be helpful:
