Protection settings appear to have changed themselves

I setup WP emember a couple of weeks ago and ensured all the correct pages were protected and all has worked very well.

However I logged into wordpress and then WP emember today to find that three pages all seen on the first page have been unticked and were open to anyone. However one that appears on the second page remained ticked and protected?

Is this because of a known error and should the protection settings be monitored especially when adding new plugins? Or does it mean someone may have accessed the site and actually unticked them?

Any advice much appreciated.

Protection settings should not change by themselves so you don’t have to keep checking them. If you suspect that someone might have access to your site then it is a good idea to change the password.
