I had posted another question earlier and was wondering if there was any way to track users who share a login? Is there any way to track multiple logins or access from multiple ip’s? I’m thinking if someone is trying to access from more then one login at a time, or you see more then 3 IP’s being used, then there is abuse and the account should be locked and an email be sent to the user who registered as well as the site owner.
I believe this to be a very high priority as I’ve seen and had people share their logins/downloads on places like blogger.
Thoughts?

March 20, 2010 at 10:02 pm #18455stevedMemberI was just about to ask this very question..Thanks Frank.
WP eMember as well as your other products – Affiliate & eStore are fantastic and with your help before, they are working at 100% Thanks again!
So far the only area for improvement on the WP eMember software is this – not being able to restrict and report the multi-ip logins like what Frank asked about.
I see that this was only 2 weeks ago but has this been addressed yet?
Thanks again for your awesome product & I’m looking forward to hearing about this as an addition.
Sincerely,
Steve D.

March 21, 2010 at 11:45 am #18457stevedMemberHello Ivy and again thank you for your rapid reply
I did receive your email containing the link to download the WP Affiliate Platform plugin.
I did not think this plugin would have anything to do with the limiting of the login attempts by one Customer from different ip locations but I checked it out anyway…
I looked through the settings but could not find anything to do with limiting the login attempts.
Could you please help show me where that is? Or did I get the incorrect plugin by mistake?
In either case thank you for your continued help – talk to you soon.
Sincerely,
Steve D.

“Login Restriction by IP Address:”
If you can’t see that field then there is a possibility that the version is not correct. Please make sure the WP eMember version is 5.0.7 or higher.
March 21, 2010 at 10:31 pm #18459stevedMemberThat might be the problem…I am using Version v4.9.6
Can I get you to email me the latest version? If there is anything you need from me please let me know.
Thanks again for all your help.
