Profile does not update

I’m able to upload a photo but not able to update the content in the profile page.

If I change the zip code or even if I add information to any of the existing fields when I click update nothing changes. Please help?

This happens in the user profile. Also when I try to update the user from WP eMembers – Settings. I get this message: Email ID “mmca@mwics.com” is already registered to a user!

Attention admin: The installation was easy but if necessary I’m willing to pay you the installation if you can correct theses issues.

If you are having this issue after an update then make sure you do a deactivation and reactivation then clear your browser cache to make sure the ajax queries are not cached.
