Products Email Not Delivering To Yahoo Addresses

Hi – I’ve noticed that my sales to people with Yahoo addresses aren’t going through. I tested it today with Yahoo and the sale went through but no email was delivered. I tested it with a hotmail account and the email was delivered immediately.

Any ideas as to how we can fix this?

I have enabled debug output to be written to log files.

I did the test and it says, “Debug is enabled. Check the ipn_handle_debug.log file for debug output.”

But the log file is still blank.

Did you check the Spam folder of the affected Yahoo accounts?

Yes, I checked the spam folder of the yahoo accounts. My test one and the customers in the past.
