Product Thumbnails Cropped

Hi there,

I’m working on a site for a client and having issues with the images being cropped when displayed as products. Please see link below:

http://www.crocdesign.co.uk/?page_id=220 the images of the books have the top missing. When you click the image, the light-box works fine.

I’ve ticked the box that mentions about squashed images in the admin section, but this don’t seem to help. I’ve also looked at the CSS which indicates the thumbnail height at 125px and changing this just stretches or shrinks the image and the top still remains chopped of.

Any ideas?

The thumbnail images are never going to be perfect when your image proportions are way out. The smart thumbnail option will try to fix it as much as it can but there is a limit. (If we are trying to fit a size 18 into a size 10 dress then its just not going to happen
