Product Templates Not Working Is it Addon or Incorrect Code

I am unable to use [wp_eStore_fancy12 id=1] [wp_eStore_fancy13 id=1]. I have uploaded the extra short codes, but I am not sure they are uploaded correctly. I can not find instructions on upload.

Is any of the other shortcodes offered in the extra shortcodes addon working? For example, does the following shortcode work?

[wp_eStore_fancy3 id=1]

This is how you install the extra shortcodes addon (if you haven’t done it correctly):

1) Download the shortcodes addon from the addon download area

2) Go to the Add New plugins screen in your WordPress admin area

3) Click the upload tab

4) Browse for the plugin file (eStore-extra-shortcodes.zip)

5) Click Install Now and then activate the plugin

I the addon…”Extra WP eStore Shortcodes addon” doesn’t show up in the https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/download-addons.php area. I have downloaded all of them and none of them seem to be the right one to use “[wp_eStore_fancy10 id=1]” can you help me?

Use the first shortcode that is there:

[wp_eStore_fancy_display id=1 type=1 style=10]

This shortcode allows you to use any fancy product display template with any type of button.

The shortcode [wp_eStore_fancy8 id=1] for Stylish Product Display 8 (Fancy 8 ) (neither Fancy 7) does not work with Compact Audio Player, and WP Audio Player plugin is not available anymore.

What do I do to make it work?

Use fancy template 12 with our compact audio player plugin.

OK, now it seems working but in wrong way! It plays the full length audio file that is for sale! Not the one added to the product description with audio player shortcode.

Is this the right shortcode for this option

[wp_eStore_fancy_display id=1 type=1 style=12] ?

If not, what is it?

Under Option 2, Step ii, the specified file should be a pre-composed snippet or preview file; not the file for sale.
