Product link from a subdirectory WordPress Install

Hi – I have eStore installed in a root domain (www.mydomain.com).

I have installed WordPress in a subdirectory of that domain (www.mydomain.com/subdirectory) (for landing pages using a different theme).

I would like to link to products set up in the root domain from the subdirectory without installing and setting up eStore in the subdirectory – possible?

The plugin has dependencies that require it to be underneath the wp-content/plugins directory. However, you can store actual product files in any directory that can be transversed from the document root.
