Product Licence Key on Staging Site for Photo Seller

I tried to enter my license on my Mamp staging test localhost site but it tells me I have exceeded my domains

Is there a way we can use this on a staging site without it been counted as an activation ?

It is currently activated on your localhost. You may have done a new localhost setup or a new WP install in your localhost. You will need to deactivate the key from the other localhost install where it was activated before. I will send you an email and help you.
