Hi,

I’m working on a website which is going to buildup some members.

There are some question I want to know is emember plug-in going to help.

1.)sign-up form before the membership cart.

2.)all the field in the form need to be fill up and not allow same email address for members.

3.)different level of membership (I know it allow different level, but what if I want them to be the member first before they can select different level. For example, they need to register as a member, after that they can fill up another form to be a instructor member. Hope that’s not too confusing).

4.)Is it possible to edit member level?

5.)Is it possible to export the list of member detail?

6.)Do we have the right to approve members?

7.)if I’m going to purchase, do I need only WP eMember or I need both WP eMember + WP eStore?

Hi,

1) What do you mean by “membership cart”?

2) This should be fine

3) You can force everyone to become a free member first then depending on which membership level they want to signup for they can pay for that and their membership will be upgraded to that level

4) Yes

5) Nope, at the moment eMember gives you an email list of members so you can import it into your email management software.

6) Nope. eMember works based on the principle that once someone makes a payment for a membership it is a good practice to let the person have access to the members only content. If the member violates the Terms of Use then you (the site admin) have the right to ban this member’s account.

7) This depends on what your requirement. Are you going to need a shopping cart to sell stuff?
