How do I fix them?

Did you check the “Enable smart thumbnail” option in eStore settings? Can you also post a link to the page where you are showing the image?

Hi, Please note when using the “Smart Thumbnail Option”:

The thumbnail images must be stored on this server (not an external server) for this option to work.

hello, I’m just reviving this post a bit since there’s a question about whether we can assign a link to the thumbnail? For instance I’m using the shortcode:

[wp_eStore_latest_products number=5 style=5]

But would like the thumbnail to be able to the link of the product page instead of the image.

Simply specify the URL of your product page in the “Thumbnail Image Link” field. The help text of that field should tell you what it does.

Thank you, that worked. But with the latest version of wp-estore, input the URL link to “Thumbnail Target URL” if you want to send it a unique page, otherwise leave blank and it’ll automatically link to image.
