Product ID error, issue with Category shortcode and/or page

Hi, I have a Store using the category shortcode:

[wp_eStore_browse_by_category]

I noticed this topic hadn’t been touched on in 3 years and I’m having the same issue in receiving the following error message:

Looks like you have entered a product ID () that doesn’t exist in the product database. Please check your product ID value again!

I’ve tripled checked all my product ID’s and they have all been assigned. I even went to my SQL Database and they are clear there as well. Any suggestions?

Hi Trish, Please go to the WP eStore -> Admin Functions interface. Then click on the button with the following text/label:

Resync Products and Category Relations Table

Do you still see that error message after that?

Btw, I couldn’t see the page URL you shared above, it just gives me a splash page.

You should definitely delete the other thread telling people to go into their phpmyadmin and change stuff when this is clearly the solution. Thank God I went back to my Google results to make sure there were no other solutions… Which there were… THIS ONE which is the answer.
