Product download has been used too many times

I was able to get my store running, and have been selling products, but now the downloads they send out won’t work. I tried to test buy one of the products, and it said that it had been used to many times. I tried putting a item count on the plugin, but still, it says that is has been used to many times. Is there any way to fix this?

Please enable the debug logs and try a few tests. Then, examine the download_manager_debug.log file.
