Product Category Shortcode Not Working

Hi there,

I’ve just discovered that this particular shortcode [wp_eStore_category_products:category_id:xx:end] for showing my products by category is not working properly on all my pages at http://searchbuyonline.com. Previously this category shortcode was working fine until recently. I also have updated the latest version 5.1.2 but the problem still persist. Please help.

Which page has the above mentioned shortcode? Post a link to that page.

Just to let you know… there are other shortcodes to display products from a particular category that you can find in the extra eStore shortcodes plugin. You can find this plugin here:

All my related pages using this shortcode are affected.

If you visit other pages via these link, you will see the same problem if I use this particular shortcode.

What I’m using is the extra eStore shortcodes plugin provided. I have reinstalled this plugin, same problem occur.

When I go to the pages you mentioned above I can see all the products fine so I am guessing you figured out what was going wrong?

Hi,

I’m sorry to leave out a sample page regarding to the short code problem. I’ve have made an immediate changes on the shortcodes on all my affected pages. Currently I use individual product id shortcode for all my pages instead using category shortcode previously. Here is the page http://searchbuyonline.com/eproducts which I use for the category shortcode [wp_eStore_category_products:category_id:7:end] on Ebooks Collections

Please install the extra shortcodes plugin from here:

Then place the following shortcode on that page and let me know so I can check it out:

[wp_eStore_category_products_fancy id=1]

Thank you for your assistance. I have used this shortcode [wp_eStore_category_products_fancy id=7 style=2] as recommended in your Extra WP eStore Shortcodes (PDF version) to get the same function on this particular page http://searchbuyonline.com/eproducts.

Okay and that shortcode is working fine for you right? I can see all the products fine. If it is then just use that one.
