Product Categories in Google Analytics

Is there any way to have the Product Categories in eStore to also be automatically treated as the Product Categories in Google Analytics? Right now my GA tracking works, but it describes my product categories as “Not Set” despite their being set in eStore.

It is possible to add the category in the eCommerce tracking but it will require more database queries so I left it in the first place (it was a trade off that I made). How much value will the category really give you in terms of Google analytics tracking?

In that case, never mind. I don’t want to put you through a lot of hassle for it.
