Tagged: General Protection, non-member
I have a static page for the home page (sales page).
I have the content set up as blog posts. I have created a page called “Members Area” that I set as the blog.
I went into “WP eMembers – Manage Access Levels” and under General Protection I checked the pages I wanted to have set for Members Only. I checked “Members Area” as well.
In testing I worked in Firefox, and opened IE to test being a “non-member”. I am not able to access any of the pages, except that I CAN access the Members Area page (where all the content blog posts are). This of course defeats the purpose of protecting the content!
I’m not sure if I missed a setting or what may be going on.
I do not want to post links as this is a client’s site.
Thanks.
Velma
I went to Posts and Categories and updated General Protection. I checked everything. Now it works.
