Hello,
After updating wordpress version to 3.3 I got problems in my shop with my coupons.
Site: http://www.golfball-uhu.de/bestellung-shop/
1.) estore manage customers shows me that people got my inactive coupon “mengenrabatt (quantity discount)” for ordering only 1 product. The coupon did not work with the 15% discount but appears as used in the list. Why?
2.) my active coupons can’t be used limitless. I didn’t fix a Redemption Limit but after using the coupon a few times it’s not working furthermore and the people getting the message “can’t use the coupon code anymore”! then I have have to set the “Redemption Count” back to “0” and it works again for a few customers!?
Do you have any ideas, what to do?
thanks.
Best regards
Tobias
Hi,
1) “The coupon did not work with the 15% discount but appears as used in the list. Why?”
What are the exact settings of this coupon and have you configured any conditions?
2) “my active coupons can’t be used limitless”
Regarding limitless coupons – when you were configuring your coupon did you leave the “Redemption Limit” field blank? If not can you please create another coupon and try this. After saving, you should see the infinity character in the “Redemption Limit” column in the list of coupons.
1.) Coupon-Code = Facebook-Fan, Discount Value 15%, everythings else is empty, active
I configured no optional conditions
2.) configuring your coupon did you leave the “Redemption Limit” field blank? YES
you should see the infinity character in the “Redemption Limit” column in the list of coupons
I can see it!!
I´m using Version v5.3.6
Please update your plugin from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
Then use a large number (example: 9999) in the “Redemption Limit” field.
after updating I´ve made the changes in the redemption limit field to 9999 but I´ve still got the infinity character in the “Redemption Limit” column so I used 999 and hope it works now
