Problem with [wp_eMember_registration] shortcode

Hi,

I have pasted that code [wp_eMember_registration] in my page : [http://www.silvereco.fr/join-us/registration]

But there’s a line that says “Complétez les détails suivants pour vérifier votre email afin d’être autorisé(e) à vous enregistrer sur un compte gratuit.”

Hho can I change this line please ??
