Hi Support,
Im having troubles getting the PDF Stamper to work with clickbank. Here’s the problem:
When the buyer pay for the eBook, and send to the Thanks Page, the result of the plugins is OK. They said this “Purchase processed successfully! An email has been sent to your email address.”
The problem is that the link on the eBook didn’t send to the buyer. When i check the Admin Panel, i can see the eBook Stamped OK, because i can see it, but the plugin, don’t send the email.
When i check the parameters clickbank send to the Thanks Page, i get this:
/?item=1&cbreceipt=HNK9BCGE&time=1305530635&cbpop=782BD12D&cbaffi=0&cname=Marlene&cemail=marleneforexrobottrading.com&ccountry=ES&czip=1050
If you check the parameter “cemail”, the problem is that, Clickbank don’t send the “@”, and the script can’t email the file. I had tried to fix it, and but the “@”, and the email go OK.
i don’t know where is the problem. You say in your sales latter, that this plugin works with ClickBnak….Maybe in doing anything bad.
This test was made with a “Test Credit Card”, clickbank provide to us, to verify is the system works.
Thanks

Did you enter the correct email address when you filled out the payment form on Click bank? To me it looks like you entered your web address in the email field?
May 17, 2011 at 4:04 am #32536marleneMemberHi Amin007,
The email when i fill the payment info is OK, because, i receive in that email address the information about the order (The invoice, etc.) If you want, i can email you the URL of the page, with all the details to make a test order, and check by yourself it doesn’t work.
In this image you can check the payment form:

In this image you can see the correct email in the invoice:

In this image you can see the url of the thanks you page:

In the last image you can see the email address looks like this: marlexcagmail.com
I think ClickBank change anythings,
Thanks

Can you please post a link to the page where you have your clickbank buy button?
May 18, 2011 at 12:14 am #32538marleneMemberHi amin007,
Here’s the URL: __www.cursodeopcionesbinarias.com
Here is the CC test mode by ClickBank:
Test Credit Card Number: 2222228900634770
Card Expiration Date: 07/2011
Card Validation Code: 048
Thanks

Just to prove to your that your site and clickbank setup is not acting as normal he is a test you can do. Here is a neutral page that has a clickbank pay button.
Simply go to this page use the test credit card details below to make a test purchase and you will see that all the details get posted back to the site nicely:
Test Credit Card Number: 2222221557901329
Card Expiration Date: 04/2013
Card Validation Code: 711
Your site needs to do the same (it looks like you may have some security plugin installed which is taking out those special characters) and then the plugin will work automatically.
March 13, 2012 at 12:27 am #32540MichaelSpectatorHi,
I seem to have same issue with Click Bank, strange thing is that the test worked fine the first few times, then it stopped working.
I get the error message with no details now.

Any Ideas were to go next?
March 13, 2012 at 3:10 am #32541adminKeymasterDo a manual stamping from the PDF Stamper’s admin dashboard and make sure the stamper is working correctly.
March 13, 2012 at 9:34 pm #32542MichaelSpectatorHmm,
Not sure what is happening, it worked the first time, now I am getting WordPress error page when I manually stamp the file.
Sorry, no entries matched your criteria.
I have version 4.1.2 installed
March 13, 2012 at 10:35 pm #32543MichaelSpectatorHi,
Appreciate your help; while waiting I uploaded version 4.1.4 of stamper, it actually manually stamped twice, without printing any colour onto the document I noticed.
So I went and did another CLICKBANK test, it failed with the same error, I get the error message with no details.
So I went back and tested manual stamp again and it failed again, the error is the WordPress error; Sorry, no entries matched your criteria.
This seems to be a server error to me, don’t really know what to ask host if it is?

March 14, 2012 at 12:23 am #32544MichaelSpectatorHi,
I have asked the host to double check the minimum requirements for PDF Stamper
Recent Version of PHP (Preferably PHP 5 or higher)
IonCube Loader (this should be installed by default on most servers)
CURL Library (this should be installed by default on most servers)
mbstring extension of PHP (this should be installed by default on most servers)
Michael.
March 14, 2012 at 2:19 am #32545MichaelSpectatorWeb Host server techs report all the below items working and installed fine.
Recent Version of PHP (Preferably PHP 5 or higher)
IonCube Loader (this should be installed by default on most servers)
CURL Library (this should be installed by default on most servers)
mbstring extension of PHP (this should be installed by default on most servers)
Not sure what else I can do without someone having a look for us.
Michael
March 14, 2012 at 6:31 am #32546adminKeymasterPlease install the minimum requirement plugin yourself and provide info on the following:
– How much PHP memory you have available on this server
– Verify that all the requirement checks are checked (pay attention to the CURL requirement)
– How big is the PDF file that you are trying to stamp?
March 14, 2012 at 6:45 am #32547MichaelSpectator– Memory 250mb
– Curl is Good
– small 3 page document currently 126k
The memory available in PHP config on the server is 250mb
I have complete server access if required, it use to be mine.
Could you have a look I have done all I can do.
March 14, 2012 at 7:59 am #32548adminKeymasterI have sent you an email to get site access.
