Hello,
We have problem protecting a page under categories.
We want people to signup in order to see or post comment for a post, but when a new page is added, we have browser that is not login that are still able to see content of comment that should be protected.
Any suggestion?
Regards,

First let me make one thing clear. WordPress pages cannot be added to a cateogory. Categories are only for WordPress post. This is how WordPress was designed to work.
With that said, when you say “when a new page is added” do you mean a WordPress page or a post?
Now pages cannot belong to a category doesn’t mean you can’t protect them. Simply go to the pages tab in the content protection menu and add the protection there.
Sorry I was meaning to say “post” in the above statement.
However the problem is with protection setting, when we set category protection at manage content protection screen, check boxes does not stay checked after we set protection, so we have no way of knowing if category is protected or not.
“check boxes does not stay checked after we set protection” – That shouldn’t happen.
