Please note that this change is handled using a cronjob. The cronjob runs daily (once every 24 hours).
Enable the debug option in the plugin so we can see what the cronjob did (if it isn’t working when you wait for a day after making a change to the member’s level).
I installed a cron job plugin, I see this particular task on queue. It’s ok if a execute this task now for a quickly result, or it could in some way misleading my testing?
I waited for more than 24hs, nothing happened. The cronjob.txt is empty. I enabled debug yesterday.
I created a new user, In 72 hours “he” should lose one of the membership level.
With this new user his account expired despite that a secondary membership is still activated.
This feature is not working for me:
“When a member’s primary level expires, automatically set one of the non-expired secondary level as his primary level.”
I will take a look at your settings. I have sent an email for it.
