Problem with payment options buttons

Hi, I have set the store to have manual and paypal payments, however when selecting the manual , if i go back to paypal the button “buy now” dissapears , it only appears back if i refresh the browser, which is not good, could you advice?

Looks like it’s not finding the URL of the image file. Have you modified anything in the shopping cart? Like change the image names and stuff?
