The “Prompt to Complete Registration” and “Registration Complete” emails that my customers are receiving are showing my name on the “From Email Address” instead of the name of my company. I have “Ace In The Hole Fantasy Football <greg@aceintheholefantasyfootball.com>” typed in the “From Email Address” area on the WP eMember Email Settings page. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you
Either the value didn’t get saved or the company name you used maybe a bit too long. Just for testing try using a smaller company name (make sure to save the settings after you modify the value):
Fantasy Football <greg@aceintheholefantasyfootball.com>
Do a test and let me know what you find.
I tried using the smaller company name and resent the registration, but it still shows ” Greg Schoen” instead of “Fantasy Football.”
What version of eMember are you using?
I am using version 6.8.4

Thanks 007. I tried installing the “change-wp-mail-from-details” plugin and realized that I already had it installed! I changed the settings and everything is working fine now. Thanks again
