    Hi,

I’ve been using the ‘eStore Members only download’ plugin successfully for a few months but just recently it’s stopped working and my products have just started displaying ‘Buy now’ instead of ‘Download’ for all logged in users. I don’t know why this has happened as I haven’t changed anything other than adding in some extra groups in eMember which have been added to the shortcodes for each product (see below)

    Shortcode used for products [wp_eStore_fancy_display id=”2″ style=”1″ restriction=”1-2-3-4-5-6|5|2″]

This is the page that contains the products [http://www.iiirg.org/journal/volume-5-issue-1/]

    Thanks,

    Ryan

Hi Ryan, Can you please create a temporary test member account and share that so I can login and view that page?

I just tested a member login using the above details and I can see the “download” button fine. Are you seeing a caching issue?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I’ve tried it in Chrome, Firefox and IE9 and it seems to be OK. It’s only Safari that is having a problem so I guess it must be a caching issue.

    Regards,

    Ryan

Are you using a caching plugin? If you are then which one?
