Hi,
When I try to register as an affiliate on our website I get the following error:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/admin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/affiliates/header.php: in /home/admin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/affiliates/register.php on line 96
The registration/login page can be found at webcaptioning.com/affiliates
Your help gratefully received.
Thanks,
Alex
April 28, 2011 at 11:24 am #31811alexfrenchMemberI also tried to create an affiliate in the WP admin console under WP Affiliate Add?Edit Affiliate. This worked fine but I cannot login as that user – username or password is incorrect. Did I do something wrong?
Thanks,
Alex
April 29, 2011 at 12:09 am #31812alexfrenchMemberI tried again after switching off captcha. When I clicked Check Availability to see if my affiliate id was taken, the page was corrupted (login screen appearing over the top of the registration form + multiple copies of registration form).
I am not getting any errors.

April 29, 2011 at 7:09 am #31815alexfrenchMemberHi,
Yes, I saw that. It works fine when I revert to the default theme.
No we haven’t changed the plugin in any way. No desire to do that. It’s awesome as it is!
April 30, 2011 at 1:51 am #31816amin007ParticipantI am really not sure what your theme is doing to cause this. Can you give me a link to the official site of this theme?
May 1, 2011 at 7:12 am #31817alexfrenchMemberIt’s actually based on the default WordPress theme but our developer has made some changes. After mich investigation, I eventually tracked the problem down to the use of a custom WP registration form. Not sure if it is really needed. I disabled it and things now appear to work. Will follow up with developer tomorrow. Thanks for your help.
May 3, 2011 at 5:27 am #31818alexfrenchMemberAll fixed. Took out the unnecessary custom registration form and it started working!
Thanks for your help.
