I have noticed that when uploading images at 300, 275, 250, 200 DPI either through the plugin or WP media upload section, I have several errors when trying to add the image to a Gallery and displays those errors again if you click the thumbnail or add to cart.

However, I don’t get the error if the image is 150 DPI or below. How can I get around this limitation to sell 300 DPI Photo Quality downloads?

These are the following errors I get when I click on an existing media galley image that is 300 dpi:

Warning: getimagesize(/homepages/5/d244345344/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/6/RSW_6718a.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/5/d244345344/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/models/WPSCommon.php on line 2277

Warning: Division by zero in /homepages/5/d244345344/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/models/WPSCommon.php on line 2299

Can you please post a link to the front-end gallery page which is producing these errors so I can take a quick look?

What is your server’s memory_limit setting in the php.ini file? (If you don’t have access to that you may have to ask your host provider to help you)
