I set up eMember and eStore a few weeks back. And, now I realize, I should have taken notes because I can’t for the life of me remember how I set up PayPal.

On the plus side, it must have been painless or I would surely have bad memories.

I’ve gone over the videos I followed to do the install and I’ve searched the forums, but I can’t find anywhere that explains where my paypal acoount info. is stored in emember/estore.

Can someone please explain how emember/estore are integrated so that I can actually understand what I’m doing and not operate like a trained monkey.

Where did I enter my PayPal info. into your system.

    Thank you,

    AnnB

This documentation is all you need for eStore and eMember integration

    http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/wp-emember-and-wp-estore-integration-for-membership-payment-60

You store your PayPal account details in the following section of eStore:

WP eStore settings -> Payment Gateway Settings -> PayPal Settings

Ok, so all the information is drawn from entering my PayPal email, then.

That explains why I don’t remember getting a key or code or anything from my PayPal account.

    Thanks.

Regarding “getting a key or code” from your PayPal account, you may need to specify the “PDT Identity Token” in eStore if you want to redirect users to your “Thank You” page.

You would retrieve this token from your PayPal account.

    OK, thanks.

I am still trying to resolve some issues with my Subscribe button so I’m not quite there yet, but I know I will want to try and customize some of the PayPal stuff.
