Prices no longer showing on store page

I haven’t changed anything, but suddenly prices are no longer showing on my store page. [https://ichoosejoy.org/store/] If a customer clicks, “add to cart,” then the prices don’t show on the check-out page either. The short codes I’m using are:

[wp_eStore_fancy2 id=17]

[wp_eStore_fancy2 id=12]

[wp_eStore_fancy2 id=1]

[wp_eStore_fancy2 id=5]

[wzp]

I know this is a silly question, but have you checked the product database, to see if the expected price values are still listed there?

Yes, I checked in “Manage My Products” and the prices still show up there.

And if you use a non-fancy [wp_eStore_add_to_cart id=xxxxx] shortcode for any of those products, does the price still not show up?

Correct. The prices don’t show up with that code either.

What is the best way to get tech support? I’ve paid for the product and expect it to be working.

This is a little weird. I will have a look at the settings of the plugin. I have sent you an email for it.

The currency display settings in the following interface of the plugin was messed up a little.

WP eStore Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Price Display Settings

It was missing the decimal and thousand separators. I have fixed the settings and it is showing the prices correctly now.
