Hello! I just set up a new gallery and can’t seem to get the price list/ordering to pull up. Things are working fine for the existing galleries, I just can’t get the new one to set up. Here is the link: [http://caldwellphotoalaska.com/northernlights]
I am sure its something simple that I am missing in setting up a new gallery but I am stumped. I have deleted/reloaded the images and also deactivated/reactivated the photoseller plugin but still to no avail.
Thanks!

What do you mean by “pull up”? Can you please provide more details about the behaviour you are seeing.
Can you also please look at my response to your other question and re-install a fresh version of the plugin and then check this behaviour again.
August 5, 2016 at 9:46 pm #73867VeronicaMemberOk, the plugin is updated but the display still isn’t working. This is the new gallery that I tried to add: [http://caldwellphotoalaska.com/northernlights]
If you click on any of the photos you *should* get a screen showing a large copy of the photo along with an ‘add to cart’ button. However, the full screen copy isn’t showing, simply a note stating ‘the requested content can’t be loaded’.
The ordering link does now show correctly under that message and seems to be working, so it looks like the only thing missing at this point is the larger display copy. Any ideas?
August 5, 2016 at 11:01 pm #73868PeterMemberThe most probable reason you are seeing “the requested content can’t be loaded” is because your server does not have enough memory resources to handle some of the photo processing.
To fix this please ask your host provider to increase the PHP memory_limit value to at least 256M.
If you look in your server error log file the chances are that you will see “fatal error” logs due to insufficient memory which are the reason for your problem.
August 19, 2016 at 5:29 pm #73869VeronicaMemberI just checked the server and we are only at half of the allowed storage, so plenty of storage space available. Any other ideas?
August 19, 2016 at 11:43 pm #73870PeterMemberI think you’ve misread my answer.
You are referring to physical disk space but I am referring to PHP memory_limit which is actually how much of the available RAM the PHP processes are allowed to use.
Talk to your host provider and ask them to increase the PHP memory_limit value to 256M.
August 28, 2016 at 4:41 pm #73871VeronicaMemberThey are on a hosted service and unable to change that setting. What other options are there to fix this?
August 28, 2016 at 4:51 pm #73872VeronicaMemberI don’t believe its a memory issue. I just added the new photos to one of the existing galleries and they set up correctly – ordering and price list all working fine. So it looks like its simply an issue with the addition of the new gallery. Any ideas?
August 28, 2016 at 5:50 pm #73873VeronicaMemberInteresting update… When you click on any of the images in the new gallery I get a screen that shows “The requested content could not be loaded” but there is still an ‘add to cart’ button. If I click on the ‘add to cart’ then the correct purchase options show up. But here is the interesting part…. When you click that same image again it NOW shows the full size image popup correctly, with the only noted difference being that the correct copyright image isn’t showing, and I can’t seem to get that to change.
So its still not working correctly but this seems to at least get most of the issue worked around. Any idea how I might be able to get the ‘copyright’ changed back? I have the settings checked to ‘use image as watermark’ and also have the custom watermark image loaded, but its not showing in the image display.
Ideas?
August 28, 2016 at 11:52 pm #73874PeterMemberThe symptoms you are describing sound like a typical case where your server does not have enough resources, because creating a watermark is quite resource-intensive.
To definitively prove that it is a memory resource issue, log into your server CPANEL and look for the error log file and let me know if you see any “fatal error” type logs. (ask your host support people to help you if you don’t know how to find the log file)
Are the photos in the particular gallery you are referring to any bigger than those of other galleries?
Are you on a cheap shared server plan? If so you are unreasonably expecting too much from such a server. Photo processing and manipulation requires a little bit more grunt than an entry level shared hosting plan. You should consider bumping up to a better hosting plan.
September 24, 2016 at 4:36 pm #73875VeronicaMemberHi eveyeryone, I apologize for the the long times between responses and do thank you for your continued assistance.
The add to cart ‘fix’ that I had seen earlier is no longer working.
I just checked the error logs and there are 17 logs in there, all for that new gallery and all stating:
[Sat Sep 24 11:12:15 2016] [error] [client 216.152.189.237] File does not exist: /home/alaska/public_html/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/13/zoom_NL-104-Northern-Lights-Lake.jpg, referer: [http://caldwellphotoalaska.com/northernlights]
All of the image files that I have loaded are averaging 1-2mb in size, we aren’t doing digital prints so the image sizes that are loaded are scaled down for just viewing and not printing. However, I can scale these down further if I need to.
Between all of the galleries there are currently about 160 photos in total.
Do you have any idea what the error message is for and how I can fix it? Do I need to further reduce the file sizes?
Thanks!
Veronica

The fix recently is totally unrelated to your situation.
It appears that in the example gallery you gave, that for some of the photos the “zoom” version of the photo was not created. (the zoom photo is basically a watermarked full-sized version of the photo which is used for the template 10 lightbox)
It may be that your server does not have enough resources to process the creation of some of the full-sized watermarked photos.
What is the value of your server PHP memory_limit? (I recommend that you set this to at least 256M. You should ask your host support people to assist you with this if you don’t know how.)
Can you also check your server’s php error log file to see if there are any memory exhausted errors?
Alternatively you can switch to the other templates, eg, template 1 or some of the others as long as you uncheck “Enable Zoom” option in the gallery settings.
